Didn’t realize the new book was out already.

Until I can afford some of the higher level education ( mortgage business is crazy for me right now) I will get the 2nd book.

I’m looking forward to eventually learning more from you. Especially since I’m right down the road in Wake Forest NC.

I just did a little self-psychoanalysis, and I think one of the reasons I wrote this post was to encourage folks to write some more useful reviews of the new edition.

Since there are just four reviews presently, that one might be doing some damage to sales (and to potential readers’ profits)…
