The Future of Web Marketing, and a Lot More

Ben Hunt is the author of Convert!, and one of the smartest guys I know. His genius consists of equal parts creative designer and systems thinker. His “Ladder of Awareness,” which I stole for the 3rd edition of Google AdWords For Dummies, is the single most impactful search marketing and conversion graphic I’ve come across.

This morning I had the privilege of interviewing Ben about web design (where it is now and where it’s going), the importance of Story, the Hero’s Journey, reductionistic and holistic thinking, and the simple steps folks can take to improve their online business results.
