Google’s just released a new tool, the Site and Category Exclusion Tool, that enables you to exclude some kinds of content network sites from showing your ads. Significantly, Google is now keeping track of the performance of those placements, so you can see at a glance whether showing your ad on Billy’s Viagra and Rolex Emporium is a good thing or not.
